Hello! I will be cooking, baking and sharing what I’ve learned with all of you. I love food as I’m sure you do too. I can’t help myself but to make keto foods. At first it seemed overwhelming but I’m here to say keep going you’re on the right track. It get’s so much easier and much more fun than cooking or baking conventional foods, so don’t give up.

It is a completely different way of thinking. We have been taught our whole life to eat this so called American Western diet that’s high fats and high carbohydrates. What I mean by that, is because of agriculture we have conventional farming and more processed food like substances. If you are over weight or have some specific health problem, for some reason doctors will tell you to reduce your FAT intake. Really?!

Crazy, I know and to think that insulin has the biggest role in weight loss and or weight gain not to mention hundreds of health issues. If you have high “insulin” without a doubt you have high inflammation in the body. Inflammation is the leading cause of most if not all health issues/diseases out there today.

It matters what you eat and your body will tell you through pain, fatigue, brain fog and cravings are mainly caused by missing nutrients. So do your research on it, the research that we never had the opportunity to learn in school.

Go organic, grass fed and pasture raised. Have fun and pig out keto style!
