  • 2 Cups Parmesan/Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • Dash Spices


  • I can't believe how easy it is to put parmesan and other cheeses whatever you like mix em up with whatever seasonings you like. Make different flavors of cheese crackers.
  • If you don't have parmesan than use some nutritional yeast and almond flour to help it not be so oily and more like a cracker. Depending how much cheese you're using, you will not need much parmesan, nutritional yeast and or almond flour.
  • Broil them and keep a close eye on em as they will bubble and burn fast if you're not careful. Make a great substitute for taco shells to. Do not let them cool on the pan!

  1. How much yeast and almond flour for the keto cheese crackers? I have tried lots of your recipes and they are great.

    1. Thank you Susan! I know I need to go through and update and or fix somethings on my site, like this recipe. I honestly never put up exact measurements on account of being able to do it however much you/they prefer. I will put up an actual recipe for this when I get back into town. But personally, I do 1 cup of cheese to 2 tbsp nutritional yeast and honestly I never use almond flour you don’t need it. All other spices is just to your liking. Me personally I use 2 tsp garlic 2 tsp onion powder and pepper to taste as well. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. šŸ™‚
