I can't believe how easy it is to put parmesan and other cheeses whatever you like mix em up with whatever seasonings you like. Make different flavors of cheese crackers.
If you don't have parmesan than use some nutritional yeast and almond flour to help it not be so oily and more like a cracker. Depending how much cheese you're using, you will not need much parmesan, nutritional yeast and or almond flour.
Broil them and keep a close eye on em as they will bubble and burn fast if you're not careful. Make a great substitute for taco shells to. Do not let them cool on the pan!
