Ice Cream Cheese Cake

For the crust you will need

1 cup Almond flour

2 tbsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Nutmeg

3 tbsp Butter

1.5 tbsp Erythritol

For the ice cream cake you will need

1 cup Heavy cream

1 Brick cream cheese (250g)

1 tbsp Vanilla

1/3 cup Swerve sweetener (I do 5 tbsp of swerve because I found the recipe was to sweet)


Make the crust first than set aside. Blend heavy cream until you reach soft peaks than mix in cream cheese, vanilla and sweetener and mix well. Take your crust and put it in a spring pan (I used a 9 inch spring pan) and flatten it out. Than add the mixture to the pan and spread it evenly. Shave some dark chocolate on top! So good and only 5.6 grams of carbohydrates a serving. I put part of the crust on top as you see in picture but when making it again it was much better with shaved chocolate on top. Put in freezer for 3-4 hours and enjoy!
