Keto Crack Rolls

Ok so I was going through some recipes that were not keto and came across a recipe that made my mouth drop. I’m so excited to share this with everyone. I decided to call this recipe keto crack rolls because it’s only fitting to do so considering there is bacon in this recipe! Yes, I said bacon! I had so much fun coming up with this knowing just how delicious it would be. Let me know what you think in the comments below. Enjoy and don’t forget to pig out keto style!

What you need

12-16 oz bacon

Filling

8 tbsp Lakanto Natural Sweetener

8 tbsp water

4tsp cinnamon

Maple Syrup

3/4 cup VitaFiber IMO Syrup – Prebiotic Fiber Sugar-Free Sweetener

1 tbsp maple extract

Pastry Dough (fat head)

2 cups mozzarella

3/4 cup Almond Flour Blanched

Directions

Cook bacon and set aside. Boil the water then pour in erythritol and cinnamon stirring until water condenses. Set aside and make the pastry dough. To make the dough put almond flour and cheese in a pot over medium and stir until forms a dough than roll it out. Spread the filling on it and sprinkle the bacon all over than pour your homemade maple syrup all over that and I didn’t use the full amount of syrup. Roll it up or leave it flat, either way is so good! Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
